Lately I have been searching for new talent a little closer to home. Right before the weekend I came across 18 year old Jengi Beats (Jan Berendsen) from the Dutch city of Den Bosch.
He has been crafting beats since high school and went to the Dutch Pop Academy (NLPA) in Utrecht. He is currently building on his own Koninkrijk Van Muziek label, which roughly translates into kingdom of music. Jengi has won several remix contests and thanks to various radio shows, that picked up his music, he is gaining international recognition.
