So yesterday RBMA alumni Swede:art sent us an email containing this new unreleased track called “Handclap Violins”. It took me a day to get used to, but I’m feeling the vibe of this half-tempo stepper.

I know I’m kinda late with this one, but I had to write something about this beautiful “Daybreak” album from London-based musician Hamish Balfour. It’s really an amazing Jazz album of trio pieces with guest vocals from Erik Rico and Tommy Ludgate on Hamster Records. I hope you all enjoy “Believe” just as much as I’m enjoying it right now. Go ahead and buy yourself a copy on …it’s mad cheap!

Coincidence? I think not. This morning I posted I, Ced‘s new bonus track and what do I spy with my little eye some hours later? Some brand new Hawthorne Headhunters shit! Apparently the guys released a new single containing two new tracks. The first being “If You Were My Baby” and on the flipside “Teleport”. Get that ish on  and watch out for their album to drop via Plug Research later this year.

Yesterday The Cool Kids leaked “Summer Jam” of their upcoming “When Fish Ride Bicycles” which will drop next Tuesday. It features none other than Pharrell Williams (mainly on production) and Maxine Ashley on the vocals. Kick back and enjoy this smooth summer joint..
