Early 2012 the Robert Glasper Experiment unleashed “Black Radio” in to the world. It became highly celebrated and for this reason we at Moovmnt had high expectations of it’s successor. Though “Black Radio” 2 offers a solid seventeen songs with an impressive list of featuring artists such as Snoop Dogg, Common, Jill Scott, Brandy, Dwele, Faith Evans, Norah Jones, Macy Gray and Marsha Ambrosius. In our opinion it lacks the freshness and originality of the first volume. Still we believe a lot of you will love this album and for this reason we suggest you listen to it from beginning to end, purchase it if you desire and enjoy it to the fullest if you can.

A good colloboration is like gold. Hard to find and of great value. Grooveman Spot and Sauce81, both hailing from Japan, decided to team up and release a double-sided 7″ under the name 77 Karat Gold on Jazzy Sport. The title track “Love” is a beautiful, mellow Soul song slighty reminiscent of some old unreleased Dwele material from 2001. Let us remind you we l o v e that ish! Already available in Japan and in stores worldwide on November 15th. Juno and Rush Hour might be your best bet in Europe.
